How do I use the Air Freshner?

Start by unboxing your Lisse air freshener and removing the plastic seal from the bottle. Secure it to your rearview mirror, then gently flip the bottle upside down for a few seconds to activate the fragrance. Each order includes a clear, step-by-step instruction guide to ensure proper use, so you can enjoy a long-lasting, premium scent experience at its best.
Are your scents High Quality?

Yes. Our scents are created in-house and crafted by a professional perfumer. They are made with the same care and quality as fine perfumery used on the body, using natural ingredients to ensure a safe, premium experience. Proudly made in Canada 🇨🇦
How long do the scents last?

On average, our scents last around 7 to 9 weeks, but longevity can vary depending on how often you flip the bottle and how strong you want the scent to be. More frequent flipping will create a stronger scent, but it may also cause the fragrance to run out faster.
How Long is Shipping Time

Orders are processed quickly and typically are shipped within 3–5 business days. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. We also provide free shipping for orders above $30 in Canada, UK and Europe as well as above $50 in the US

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your local customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I know the right scent to choose?

Each of our signature fragrances includes a Scent Card that clearly explains the notes and scent strength. Still unsure? Reach out to us on Instagram @lissescents.ca and we’ll help you find your perfect match.
I can’t smell anything. What should I do?

The scent comes from the wooden cap being properly saturated, so when using it for the first time, hold the diffuser upside down for about 8 to 10 seconds until you can see the cap darken slightly. You can gently spread the oil around the cap so it looks evenly soaked. Sometimes it also helps to give the bottle a small shake first to make sure the fragrance is mixed well before saturating the cap.

For a stronger scent, you may need to flip it again 2 to 4 times per week, especially during the first little while. Usually, the first few uses require a bit more saturation, and after that the scent tends to diffuse better more consistently.

Important: Please do this outside of the car first, as over-tilting can cause spilling. Avoid oversaturating the cap, and always return the bottle to an upright position afterward.
